SOUND MIG 3840/T PULSE SOUND MIG 3840/T Pulse is a three phase inverter power source with pulsed synergic operation,for professional use, wherever excellent quality welding is required, together with high productivity. The power source features a broad range of memory stored synergic curves representing the most common welding operation conditions. On request, the power source is available with the optional "Double Pulse" function. The Sound MIG 3840/T Pulse power source features an integrated torch cooling unit that can be controlled from the control panel.

In order to make the most of the power source capacity, CEBORA has developed a water cooled 500 A at 60% Up/Down torch (art. 1245) with which the synergic curves have been implemented with the aim of obtaining the best features on every type of metal.

Once the torch is connected, the U/D button controls in synergy the arc length and the welding parameters, while in conventional MIG welding it contronls the wire speed (A) and the voltage (V).

The 45mm copper-chromium-zirconium contact tips assure a very good contact with the welding wire. The wedge-shape optimizes the heat dispersion.

The peculiar care given to ergonomics has allowed us to obtain a light balanced and handy torch of reduced size which considerably reduces the operator's effort.

The torch is also available without U/D control (art. 1243)
