SOUND MIG 5040/TD DOUBLE PULSE SOUND MIG 5040/TD Double Pulse is an inverter-based synergic pulsed and double pulsed MIG/MAG power source. It is designed for professional use where excellent quality welding results are needed, along with high productivity. Moreover, it is a multi-process power source, in a position to weld in MIG/MAG, TIG and MMA mode. The complete control and management of the variables that determine welding conditions with pulsed current, from the control panel, ensure that the finished workpiece will offer the desired results without compromising quality

In order to make the most of the power source capacity, CEBORA has developed a water cooled 500 A at 60% Up/Down torch (art. 1245) with which the synergic curves have been implemented with the aim of obtaining the best features on every type of metal.

Once the torch is connected, the U/D button controls in synergy the arc length and the welding parameters, while in conventional MIG welding it contronls the wire speed (A) and the voltage (V).

The 45mm copper-chromium-zirconium contact tips assure a very good contact with the welding wire. The wedge-shape optimizes the heat dispersion.

The peculiar care given to ergonomics has allowed us to obtain a light balanced and handy torch of reduced size which considerably reduces the operator's effort.

The torch is also available without U/D control (art. 1243)
